Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring the glass bottles are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
